Membership Meeting

January 10, 2010

Meeting was called to order at 10:45 AM at the La Quinta Inn by Vice-President Dick Flood with a moment of silence for members of Heaven One and local officers killed in the Line Of Duty.

Members present were:  Dick Flood, Terry Walters, Gary Pierce, Rodger and Pam Cool, David Chung, Bryan Howard, Jack Persons with guests step-son Keaton and Terry Hickey, Maurice Jackson and Joy, Bryan Reil, Leona Moore, Mike Cate and Anne, and Jim Hassinger.

Old Business

President Al Loudon has moved semi-permanently to Yuma, NM.  He will continues on as Chapter President until the elections at the end of 2010.  Al has turned over his duties to VP Flood for the interim.

Secretary's Report

Membership renewals for 2010 currently stand at 53 out of 61.

Kent reported on the ride schedule for 2010.  Major changes are that May Mayhem will again be at Don and Leona Moore's Saturday May 8th. Pam and Rodger are going to host a weekend get together at their home in Morton the weekend of August 14th.  Details will follow.

Treasurer's Report

Terry made a motion that was seconded to make a $200 donation to the Deputy Mundell Fund.  Passed.

Terry had two WA II badges left that he offered for $50/ea.  Both were sold.

Good of the Order

Bryan Howard will again this be participating in the Firefighters Stair Climb.  Details will follow.
